Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions

1. Take your Loyalty Card from ‘Therapy Zone’ during your first massage.
2. For every massage you will receive a signature or stamp (type of massage is not relevant but must be at full price).
3. When you will have 5 (five) stamps/ signatures you can choose any massage for half price (any sixth massage is half price).
4. To get the discount you have to show your loyalty card.
5. Loyalty cards do not link to other promotions.

Gift cards Terms & Conditions

1. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift card to Therapy Zone to present on arrival.
2. Please notify Therapy Zone in advance by email or text if you have lost your gift card.
3. A refund cannot be made against a gift card.
4. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Each gift card can only be used once.
6. Gift card is not redeemable for cash.
7. Therapy Zone gift cards must be redeemed within 3 months from issue date. Gift card is valid to date which is written down on the voucher.
8. Gift card can be used only for service which is on the voucher, you cannot change treatment.
9. 24 hours cancellation policy of booked appointments otherwise the gift card expires.
