Before massage:

1. If possible, take a shower.
2. Read and accept terms & conditions.
3. Be aware of total contraindications and health conditions, when you need your doctor permission for massage.
4. Therapy Zone is professional massage room and provide only professional treatments. You can not be naked during massage. During massage client must stay in briefs or use disposable briefs (disposable briefs are provided ) also draping will be used during the session.
5. Towels and disposable briefs are provided.
6. Do not eat a large meal before massage.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Before massage you need to fill out Massage Consultation Form.
2. Cancelling appointments at least 24 hours in advance otherwise full payment will be charged.
3. In the event that you are late for an appointment I will be happy to provide the remaining portion of the allocated treatment time. To avoid delaying my next guests late arrival for any appointment may result in a shortening of the appointment time or may mean I am unable to provide the service booked & may have to offer you an alternative treatment for the remaining portion of your allocated treatment time.
4. Total contraindications for massage, you cannot have a massage or you need your doctor permission for massage if you have or recently had:
   - contagious skin condition;
   - open sores or wounds in massage space;
   - current fever above 38,5ºC;
   - stroke (particuralarly within 6 months);
   - heart attack (particularly in 2-3 months);
   - haemophilia;
   - severe anemia;
   - cancer;
   - hepatitis;
   - cirhossis of the liver;
   - acute urinary tract infections;
   - acute or chronic renal failure;
   - acute stages of gout;
   - kidney stone attack;
   - pregnancy;
   - scabies;
   - head lice;
   - ringworm;
   - impetigo;
   - undiagnosed fever, inflammation or odema;
   - undiagnosed severe headaches - that come on suddenly, with no previous history of similar headaches, and dizziness or numbness or sleepiness;
   - osteoporosis;
   - transient ischaemic attack;
   - meningitis, brain haemorrhage and brain tumors;
   - epilepsy;
   - syringomyelia;
   - phlebitis;
   - aneurysm.

6. Clients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 17.
7. Appointments could be made via online booking, text or email.
8. Payments in cash, Revolut, bank transfer or PayPal.
